I am Dr Nwe Zarli Hlaing. I am a master degree holder of Public Health (Thailand) with M.B.,B.S background.
During more than 12 years’ service with non-profit organizations, I had worked with many INGOs in PHC program including cross-border malaria control, migrant TB control in southern Thailand, workforce capacity building in Karen refugee camps. I have skill in HIV project management as well as community resilience program management for refugee returnees in south east Myanmar.
Overall, I developed MCH and medic curriculum for TBBC (Thai-Myanmar Cross border Consortium) in strengthening of cross border health system. I used to organize regional level meeting not only for HIV/TB care but also for child protection activities in Yangon slum areas. I am expert in developing proposal, budget management and reporting in program management. I have practiced in establishing M&E frame and tools, technical support as well as grant management in livelihood assistant projects to community based organizations.
