Isam Jafar is an accounting and tax practitioner specialising in not for profit sector accounting. Isam has been working in the not for profit sector over the last fourteen years, and presided over many senior financial positions with well-known charities, international development organisations and serviced an honorary treasure position with a human rights charity.  In addition to this, he has been working alongside leading auditors and an independent examiners firms helping charities to shape their accounting and finance department’s to meet today’s third sector challenges.  During his accounting and finance employment history, Isam has been involved with different size third sector organisations ranging from £1m to 18M and has been instrumental in overhauling many third sector finance departments, taking a lead in implementation of a better accounting and operational process.
