Shwe Yee Tun Aung graduated with Bachelor of Business Management from National Management Degree College, Yangon Institute of Economics in 2011. After finishing her Bachelor degree, she started working in a Travels and Tours company. Before she changed her career to development sector, she also worked in Admin and HR field for more than two years. She had also been a part-time study guide for students from government high schools and international schools for six years since she was in her first degree. Prior to her role at Prospect Burma, she worked for a Japanese NGO mainly focussing on culture and educational support in areas of public libraries, children’s books production and school education in Asian region. She joined Prospect Burma in May 2017 as a Programmes Administrator, and was promoted to Programmes Officer in February 2018. She is responsible for running Prospect Burma’s programmes in Myanmar. She is currently studying MBA from University of the West of Scotland (Myanmar Campus – River Samon Institute of Management) on weekends.
