Zaw Min Latt graduated from Dagon University, with Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry in 2005. He earned his Associated Art Degree (General Studies) at Indiana University Bloomington, United States of America in 2007. He completed his Master Degree in Educational Administration at Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand in 2009. In 2016, he founded the Democratic Education Corner (DEC) with his four friends to deliver teacher trainings for pre-service and in-service teachers; to hold seminars, panel discussions and workshops on educational issues and to provide technical support for curriculum development. He has over ten years of working experience in Non-Government organizations, especially in the education field. He worked for Myanmar Business Executive Association as an Education Service Coordinator from 2010 to 2012; as a TOT trainer at Thinking Classroom Foundation (TCF) from 2013 to 2015; and for Yangon school of Political Science (YSPS) as a project Manager from 2015 to 2019.
